MBC Practice Solutions, LLC is a professional medical and dental billing service dedicated to meeting all of the insurance and patient billing needs of your practice. We offer a variety of services that can improve your cash flow and lower your operating expenses. We carefully balance our client base in order to ensure that each client will receive our complete and undivided attention!

Our office is born of the desire to help providers and patients with the expertise that we have accumulated over the years. Our practice management solutions are capable of improving a provider's office bottom line. By taking the wheel of claims management, A/R management, claims follow-up, etc we give providers and their team back to their patients, allowing them the gift of continuing the patient care that is their passion. We offer medical billing for Behavioral Health Providers, Treatment Centers, Ambulatory Surgery Centers (Facility and Professional), Oral Surgeon Offices and Dental Offices. We have experience in billing for TMJ and Oral Sleep Appliances, too! We also offer certified coding services for additional fees. Our preference is to code in the specialties we currently provide billing services; however, we are willing to discuss your needs and whether we can accommodate them.

Hello...I am a born and raised Montanan, growing up in Shelby, MT and now reside with my husband and son in Conrad, MT. I have been involved in medical billing since 2003 and dental/dental medical billing since 2013. I graduated in 2007 with a BS of Health Care Services and in 2013 graduated with my Masters of Business Administration. In 2014, I obtained my Certification in Physician Coding from AAPC. Continued education is very important to me; therefore, I am continually reading publications, reviewing coverage determinations, and developing my billing and coding experiences to better serve our clients. One of our clients joke that I never leave home without my coding book...yep, that is so true!

I have experience in finance, customer relations, and in helping resolve the puzzles of business management. I obtained my Certification in Professional Billing and continue my education at every opportunity. My goal is to give our providers a successful business strategy so they can focus on providing quality care to their patients.
